Bradenton pigeons do not only live in attics and roofs. Sometimes, they find their way between walls and stay there for
quite a long time. What makes the situation worse is when they die between the walls and your house is filled
with faulty smell of a decaying flesh.
How do pigeons get into your walls?
How do Florida birds get in there in the first place? Is it possible that they fly in there? Well, that may sound impossible
in the first place because they cannot flap their wings all the way through those narrow spaces. Pigeons get in there
through an opening from between the ceiling and the wall. They might have fallen when they reached the hole large enough
for them to fit in.
Pigeons on the wall
When you are certain that a Bradenton animal is in there and it is probably dead (as the odor implies), it is time for you to tear
down that part of the wall and get rid of it. When the bird is dead inside, you need to get a garbage bag and put the dead
animal in there as soon as you took it from the wall. Seal the garbage bag and dispose the carcass. If the Florida bird is still
alive, you can probably the flapping of its wings, or any sound to that effect. As you tear down that part of the wall,
make sure that you only tear the part near the bird. Otherwise, you will have to deal with several holes or a huge hole
in your wall. Listen to the sound carefully and mark the place where it occurs. Tear that part of the wall and let the
trapped pigeon out. Seal the wall immediately to avoid other Bradenton animals from entering. Inspect other parts of the house where
there is possible point of entry.
Pigeon proofing your Bradenton house
There are several ways to pigeon proof your house. One way of doing so is by installing screen at the doors and windows. You
can also install pigeon traps. Pigeon traps are commercially available in the markets. These are rectangular in shape made
from chicken wires. You can choose if you want a trap with a single entry of a double-entry at both sides.
Installing traps
When you decided to install a trap, make sure that it is large enough to accommodate several full-grown Bradenton pigeons. Check the
trap and the bait several times a day. Once the birds are inside the trap, dispose them immediately.
